Obituary for Claudette Bullen (Arthur)
Claudette Bullen (Nee Arthur) July 2, 1938 – January 9, 2023. Beloved wife of the late Edward Bullen. Devoted mother of Matthew.
She was born, She lived, She loved.
And in living and loving, she has left us all the better off for having known her and being
loved by her. She had an amazing inner strength and a deep compassion for others.
She died, She is now at peace.
We who are left to mourn are her son Matthew, brother, sister, nieces, nephews,
grandnieces, grandnephews, cousins, and friends.
If she could speak today, she would say:
I’d like the memory of me to be a happy one
I’d like to leave an Afterglow of smiles when life is done
I’d like to leave an echo whispering softly down the ways
Of happy times & laughing times & bright and sunny days
I’d like the tears of those who grieve to dry before the sun of Happy
memories that I leave behind when day is done.
And we who love her say to her now,
“Rest in Peace My Mother, My Sister, My Aunt"
