Robert Oliveri, of Freeport, suddenly, on May 6, 2019. Devoted son of the late Luciano and Jeanne Oliveri. Beloved brother of Richard (Gail), Ronald (Ann), Jeanne, Lucille Colucci (Marty) and the late Catherine Vitale. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews. Rob was the President of Baldwin Babe Ruth, Baldwin Little League, the Long Island Royals, ran the Baldwin Summer Program and coached and mentored many young men through their shared love of sports, especially baseball. Managing the L.I. Royals travel teams was a passion for Rob and he was proud to watch the boys grow into men and go on to successful careers, not just in High School and College ball, but life. He will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him. The family will receive friends Monday May 13, 2019 and Tuesday May 14, 2019 from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at Cecere Family Funeral Home 2283 Grand Ave. Baldwin, NY 11510.
