Condolence: We have known Pat for 18 years and she became a loved part of our family. My daughter thought of her as a grandmother and I thought of her as a friend. She was so kind and we loved her. About a month ago I stayed home from work because I was sick and Pat came in and said “do you want me to change your sheets? I know it just feels better when you are sick and you sleep in clean sheets”. She then offered to make me a cup of tea. That was Pat. She cared. We miss her so much and she will always be in our hearts. We invited her to family events because she was a part of the family. I am grateful to have known her and to have had her in our lives for these many years.
