Shirley C. Callaghan, 84, died on December 15, 2015. Shirley was born in Flushing, New York, the daughter of the late George and the late Florence (Dillman) Dono. Shirley was a member of The Order of the Eastern Star for 53 years and a member of the First Church Baldwin United Methodist Church. Shirley is survived by her devoted husband, Edward Callaghan for 54 loving
years, a son Edward and wife Nancy and a daughter, Patricia Ann Callaghan and life partner Linda Armour, a loving brother, George Dono, three cherished grandchildren, Chelsea, Allyson and Maggie and one adored great grandchild, Olivia Kate. The family will receive friends Friday December 18, from 2pm to 4pm and 6pm to 9pm at Cecere Family Funeral Home, 2283 Grand Ave.
