Condolence: Frank was the very first person that I met on my first day on the job at SIAC. We formed a friendship initially based on the fact that both of our fathers were born in the same region of Spain, Galicia. After Frank left SIAC we maintained our friendship by getting together for dinner on a regular basis. We both looked forward to those get togethers eagerly. Although those dinners only occurred a few times a year, we both felt a fondness and closeness to each other and I considered him to be my best friend. He was and always be remembered as a great person and friend. I will miss him dearly.
