Condolence: Dear Family-Tom and I worked together at The Care Center in Freeport. In fact, he became a deacon during this time. I only have fond memories and I smile when I think of him. He was a bright star in my day and had such compassion and a kind word for others. He made me laugh with his stories and always made me feel that this is going to be a good day! My deepest sympathy to his family who he spoke of in such a loving way.

Condolence: Dear Helen and family
Our sincere condolences. We will miss our brother Tom's ready smile, firm handshake and hugs most Sunday mornings. But, we shall never forget his listening ear and sound advice.
He was truly a man of God sent in our time to help and encourage us on "the WAY". We are truly blessed to have encountered this soldier in the army of Christ.

Condolence: As I read the shared condolences for Tom, I realized that he met and worked with each person in the deepest way possible , every day and at every site. That is what made him special, he was connected to us, cared about us, and wanted to give his best to us. He gave us his greatest gift, true humanity...caring, respect, laughter, and concern. Thank you Tom...
To his family you are in my prayers......

Condolence: I met Tom when I first started my career at Nassau BOCES nine years ago and he helped me set up my phone. His kind spirit immediately made me feel so welcome. Over the years our paths would cross and I enjoyed him sharing wonderful stories of his wife, children and grandchildren, the little knuckleheads that he loved, as he would say. :) Tom's eyes would light up with such happiness, pride and excitement as he spoke of them. Not only would Tom share his stories, but would be interested in hearing about my family as well. In fact, he always remembered what I shared because it would be months, even years later and he’d ask, “How’s that field hockey player doing?” Tom will certainly be missed, as he has left a lasting impression and I am blessed to have known him. My thoughts and prayers are with the Jackson family.
